Who it’s for

  • You're considering a postgraduate programme or scholarship call abroad and want to know what it really asks of you.
  • You'd rather work from the official requirements than from scattered advice.
  • You want to stay in charge of your own application.

We're shaping this first with applicants in Cameroon in mind.

One journey, three moments you might need help

These describe where you might be, not packages to buy. Start from the one that sounds like you.

  1. Not sure where to start?

    Make a clear plan

Understand the requirements, gaps and next steps for a programme you're considering.

The proposed readiness review focuses on one named programme and intake. It brings the official requirements, open questions and next actions into a short, source-linked plan.

    Proposed focus

    • Programme fit
    • Funding and timing
    • A practical action plan
  2. Ready to put it together?

    Prepare your application

Get structured feedback on your CV, application writing and document checklist.

Planned application support helps you organise your evidence and explain your experience clearly. The programme, documents and feedback rounds would be agreed in advance, following the institution's rules on outside assistance.

    Proposed focus

    • CV and statement feedback
    • Document checklist
    • Pre-submission checklist
  3. Wondering what happens next?

    Already applied?

Make sense of a status update and organise your questions and follow-up steps.

A proposed next-step review starts with the update you have received. It separates what is confirmed, what remains uncertain and what to ask the relevant office. Admission, funding and travel requirements are considered separately.

    Proposed focus

    • Status and conditions
    • Questions to clarify
    • Your next-step checklist

How a first review would work

The proposed shape of a readiness review, so you know what to expect. Details will be confirmed before bookings open.

  1. Share one programme

The programme or call you're considering, the intake, and where you are in the process.

  2. Checked against official sources

Requirements, deadlines and open questions are read from the institution's and funder's own pages.

  3. A short, source-linked plan

Gaps, priorities and next actions in one place, with a link to where each point comes from.

  4. Talk it through

A clarification discussion, and a bounded correction if something in the plan needs fixing.

Clear about who does what

You stay in control

You keep control of your accounts, documents, decisions and submission. Any writing support must reflect your real experience and follow the programme's authorship rules.

What the support won’t do

Universities, funders and authorities make admission, scholarship and visa decisions. The planned support does not include guaranteed outcomes, immigration representation or certified translation. Official fees and other external costs are separate.

Still being decided

  • Booking and payment method
  • Availability and start dates
  • Languages offered
  • Final prices, after the first reviews
